A Greener Dallas requires an overstanding of the problems we face regarding sustainability as it relates to our resources, particularly the finite or limited ones like water. With a given amount of water for the entire Texas Water Development Board’s Region C that Dallas is included in then any growth in population results in a net loss of available water per person in the region. North Texas is one of the fastest growing areas of the country.
